On the youtube page click "share" under the video. Copy the link that pops up.
Then past the link in between these tags [youtube*] [/youtube*] without the stars.
Example
[youtube*]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Upn7EDWqNxI[/youtube*]
Make sure to remove the * from the tags, it is just there so the video doesn't pop up and you can see the tags in the example.
